I'm having an issue that has me completely and utterly stumped. When I go to move my injection sled forward and backwards, along with my ejector plate, my hydraulics make an ungodly loud chattering. At first when it was happening, they would still move, now, it makes the same deep chatter under the injection sled, and nothing moves. I have tested the voltage in all of my hydraulic valves, and it is constant and consistent. The machine has 2 pumps, one for clamp, and ejectors; one for the injection and everything else. I would really not like to have Sumitomo Shi Demag come in, as they are SUPER pricey. Throw me some ideas. Any ideas. Even if it's just telling me to eat a sandwich. I'm at a loss here lol.

UPDATE: My XH Valve is shot.

I know it's been 4 years but I'm having the same issue with a press. Do you know of a way to test the XH valve? I kinda got dropped into a shop with no support on situations like these.
